THE GAP

Between demonstration and learning

A great deal of effort is going into systems that learn physical tasks. Far less is going into the material they learn from.

A recording captures the motions of a task. It captures very little of the judgment around it — why the task is done at all, what the expert is watching for, what failure looks like, and how they recover. A human apprentice absorbs that over months of being present. A system trained on the recording alone never sees it.

WHAT WE MAKE

Assets, not footage

We produce training assets that carry the reasoning around a task alongside the task itself — with the evidence behind them, and their limits stated plainly.

The same asset serves two audiences without a second pass. A person learning the task follows it. A system being trained on the task reads it.

THE UNIT

Evaluate before you commit

What leaves our platform is a package, not a file. It states what the asset covers, where it’s thin, and what rights come with it — so a buyer can judge it before relying on it, the way a component ships with a datasheet rather than a photograph.
