Who we are

Element NRG Inc. is a Delaware C corporation based in Wenatchee, Washington.

The company builds software for capturing how skilled work is done, and for turning what is captured into assets that can be reviewed, evidenced, and licensed.

NRG is Nova Ratio Gradus — a new step in reason. A new way to advance the transfer of knowledge.

METHOD

How we work

We are small, and we build deliberately. Decisions that shape the product are written down and reviewed before they’re built, and every claim the software makes about an asset is one we can show the evidence for.

That discipline is the product rather than overhead. An asset platform whose claims can’t be traced is worth nothing to the person relying on it.
